Rental Listings
The listings displayed are either
properties managed by the actual property owner or managed by
our firm. Some may be rented prior to removal. All applicants
are subject to being screened and qualified to enter into a lease
for the subject rental. Each landlord has their own requirements
for qualification, but basically, owners want tenant(s) who have
established good credit, sufficient income/earnings to pay rent
and good references from current and previous landlords. Normally,
one should not spend more than twenty-five to thirty percent of
their income on rent. Good credit is based upon your established
FICA score. We have been leasing property for seventy years and
do not discriminate in housing as described by law.

Saxe has been leasing residential properties for over 70 years
and has never charged prospective tenants a fee. Take note that
there are rental agencies that charge a fee and link or list Saxe

as Saxe is totally a no-fee agency.
